In 1960, recognizing the growth of their companies and investments, the Gerber family made a strategic decision to consolidate their assets under one roof rather than dispersing them in separate directions. While the journey has been challenging at times, the sustained growth of the group has validated the wisdom of this collective approach, marking the genesis of Gerber Investment Group, LLC.

Under the governance of a Board of Directors, the day-to-day operations and oversight of the Group were entrusted to a designated manager or lead. James Carrington assumed the pivotal role of the Group's first President, skillfully establishing its foundational framework and overseeing its expansion with the initial seed capital Mr. Carrington and the Board went to work putting everything together. They initially did purchase some real estate including both commercial and residential properties, all returning capital was reinvested back into the group to increase the momentum of the growth. The decision was made at a later date to enter the multimedia production and service industries. In 2009 Mr. Carrington informed the board that he was ready to enter the wonderful world of retirement. The Board hired a headhunter group to complete a comprehensive national search for an external successor, the decision was made in 2010 to turn to one of their own, appointing Scott Randy Gerber to the position.

Bringing a wealth of experience, Mr. Gerber's background included successfully managing a large non-profit corporation with a staff exceeding five hundred and an annual budget surpassing sixty million in revenue. His involvement in numerous real estate acquisitions and leadership in company building projects further underscored his qualifications. Additionally, Mr. Gerber's lifelong engagement in the equities market added a valuable dimension to his leadership.

Since his appointment, Scott Randy Gerber has adeptly steered the Group through challenging times, demonstrating a remarkable ability to keep the organization focused and grounded. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the group's resilience and success in the face of evolving circumstances.
