Mr. Gerber was appointed by the Board of Directors in 2010 to oversee the day to day operations, managing and overseeing all assets for the Gerber Family's business group and the Family's Charitable Foundation which is also under the Groups control and direction. The group controls all current assets and other investments here in the United States and abroad. The Board normally meets monthly with the President for the purpose of reviewing the past months activity and reviewing any grant or funding request. Mr. Gerber has over thirty years business leadership and development experience, real estate management experience, and has been successful in navigating the Securities Market for most of his adult life. Mr. Gerber has been a driving force in providing the Group with recommendations and has provided the Group with favorable returns since his appointment in 2010. Mr. Gerber also oversees the Gerber Family Foundation which is the charitable arm for the Gerber International Holdings, LLC. The Foundations purpose is to provide funding for childhood cancer research and care, assist with the ongoing homeless challenges here in the United States, and feeding the hungry. Gerber International Holdings, LLC.'s main office is in Bloomfield, Michigan with a satellite office in the Tampa, Florida which was approved and established by the Board after Mr. Gerber made the decision to relocate to Florida's tropical climate. Mr. Gerber advised the board back in 2020 that he was going to slow down and semi-retire which to date hasn't happened. Since moving to Florida Mr. Gerber has become even more involved with the housing crisis and homeless challenges that is affecting the poor and middle class here in the United States, established, producing, and co-hosting the popular podcast called The Tipping Point Tampa Bay. The podcast covers the major concerns and issues affecting the poor and middle class here in the United States. He has also been busy with publishers for a new book. It doesn't appear that Mr. Gerber will be slowing down anytime soon.

When the group was established in 1960 the family elders felt that keeping the family on a focused and directed path under a smaller dedicated group "the board" would help grow and expand the families financial and investment footprint by having strong dedicated leadership, directed investment objectives, using a very focused, directed, and a research analyzed approach for new and ongoing investments would create a stable but steady expansion of the family portfolio. Today the Group manages assets and investment for the Family Trust here in the United States and abroad. The Gerber Family Foundation was established to create a charitable arm for the Group and a way to give back to the community in a way that hopefully will make for a stronger, healthier, community for future generations.

The Gerber family has always been passionate about being a driving force, being involved and supportive in the community. We believe that giving back is important to grow a strong, healthy, and vibrant future for the community. The foundation goal is to be a driving force to find better treatments options and eventually a cure for childhood cancer, to be a voice for and assist with the increasing homeless population here in the United States, and feeding the hungry. This is our way to show our appreciation to the communities that have made our different businesses over the years so successful. The Gerber family name is a brand name that stands alone and is synonymous with providing safe, well made quality products and business services all over the world. In 2010 the family board brought in one of their own when they appointed Scott "Randy" Gerber as the new President for the Group, Trust, and the Gerber Family Foundation. Since his appointment to the position he has lead and guided the group during some of the most challenging times we have seen since establishing the group in 1960. Mr. Gerber has over thirty years of business development and leadership, securities and real estate investing and management experience. He has proven to be a strong and deducted leader that is devoted to his family, his friends and to the communities he is involved in.

Scott Randy Gerber
Scott 'Randy' Gerber, an American businessman, investor, and author has a diverse background in various industries such as emergency medical services, transportation, hospitality, security, education, and investment management. He spent the majority of his career in EMS, rising through the ranks to become Vice President of Operations for Mobile Medical Response, Inc., a Michigan-based non-profit 501(c)3 corporation, where he oversaw a team of over 500 EMS professionals across ten counties, making MMR one of the largest ambulance provider in the state. His efforts to increase the availability of automated external defibrillators in rural Michigan counties earned him a United States Congressional Tribute in Washington D.C. Scott's commitment to excellence and passion for making a difference in people's lives is evident in his leadership skills and expertise applied to various industries. Recently, he has been more dedicated to his family's business group based out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and currently resides in the Tampa Bay Area. He is deeply involved in issues related to the ongoing homeless situation in Florida, which he became disturbed by shortly after moving to the Orlando area back in 2020 and subsequently moved to the Tampa Bay Area in 2022 to be closer to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and to pursue his passion for writing, cooking, sailing, and photography.
